These Terms of Service apply to your use of ajfragrance.com and purchases made from AJ Fragrance.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Pakistani or Punjab law.

Eligibility

By using the website, you confirm that:

  • You can legally enter into a purchase agreement

  • Your information is accurate

  • You will use the website lawfully

  • You will not place fake or fraudulent orders

Customers who are not legally able to enter into a contract should use the website with a parent or guardian.

Products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, fragrance notes, sizes, packaging, and prices.

However:

  • Colours may differ by screen

  • Packaging may change

  • Minor image or packaging variations may occur

  • Fragrance experience and performance may vary between individuals

  • Decorative items shown in images may not be included

Fragrance longevity and projection may depend on skin type, body chemistry, weather, storage, application, and personal scent perception.

Inspired Fragrances

Some products may be described by reference to well-known fragrances for comparison.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, AJ Fragrance is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party fragrance brand. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after it has been confirmed, verified, paid where required, or processed for dispatch.

AJ Fragrance may reject, hold, or cancel an order when:

  • A product is unavailable

  • The price or description is incorrect

  • Customer details are incomplete

  • Payment fails

  • The customer cannot be reached

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Delivery is unavailable

Prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded through an appropriate method.

Prices and Payments

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Debit or credit card

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile wallet

  • Other approved methods

AJ Fragrance may require advance payment for high-value, bulk, custom, suspicious, or repeatedly refused orders.

Cash on Delivery

Cash-on-delivery customers must provide accurate details, confirm the order where required, remain available for the courier, and pay the full amount at delivery.

Cash on delivery may be restricted for customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed orders.

Promotions

Discounts and promotions may have validity periods, minimum order values, product restrictions, location restrictions, and stock limits.

Discount codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash or combined unless stated otherwise.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

When an item becomes unavailable, AJ Fragrance may offer a replacement, store credit, removal of the item, cancellation, or refund. Replacements will not be sent without customer approval.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.

Opened, sprayed, tested, or used perfumes cannot normally be returned because the customer dislikes the scent. This does not affect claims involving damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Cancellation may not be possible after courier dispatch.

Website Use

You must not:

  • Place fake orders

  • Submit false information

  • Misuse promotions

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Upload harmful code

  • Interfere with website security

  • Copy content unlawfully

  • Harass staff or customers

  • Use the website for illegal purposes

AJ Fragrance may restrict accounts or access when these Terms are violated.

Intellectual Property

AJ Fragrance branding, photographs, graphics, text, designs, product names, and promotional content may not be copied, sold, published, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Reviews and Customer Content

By submitting reviews, photographs, or comments, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You allow AJ Fragrance to use submitted content for reasonable website and marketing purposes.

Fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or misleading content may be removed.

Third-Party Services

The website may use Shopify, couriers, payment providers, social media platforms, analytics tools, and other third-party services.

Their services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Errors and Website Availability

AJ Fragrance may correct pricing, product, stock, or technical errors.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, security updates, or third-party failures.

Safety and Allergies

Perfumes may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Customers should:

  • Avoid eye contact

  • Stop use if irritation occurs

  • Keep perfume away from children

  • Keep perfume away from flames, heat, and direct sunlight

  • Seek medical advice for serious reactions

AJ Fragrance does not provide medical advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AJ Fragrance is not responsible for indirect losses caused by product misuse, improper storage, customer account negligence, courier delays, third-party failures, or unlawful website use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Pakistani law.

Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and, where relevant, Punjab.

Disputes will be handled by courts or consumer courts having lawful jurisdiction in Bahawalpur, Punjab, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Customers are encouraged to contact AJ Fragrance first so that complaints can be resolved fairly.

Changes to These Terms

AJ Fragrance may update these Terms when its services, website, payment methods, products, business practices, or legal obligations change.
